The problem/opportunity being addressed:
This project will address access and equity across a diverse range of clients working across multiple sites who cannot access day time training. Training Facilitators at Minda will benefit through improving their skills in facilitation and will be able to increase the accessibility of their teaching. |

The learners/clients and how they will benefit:
The learners are primarily the carers in the area of disability services. This project will address access and equity across a diverse range of clients in particular night staff, sleep over staff and community staff working across multiple sites who cannot access day time training. |

Face 2 Face classroom delivery |

How the innovation will change current delivery:
This innovation will make delivery self facilitated, online and accessed anywhere anytime. This innovation will increase the number of learners accessing the program exponentially. |
